The Timeliners is one of the best YouTube video channels or I can say one of the best content creators that I have ever come across. So when I got to know that they are back with a new web series NCR Days I was very excited.
NCR Days is more than just a web series. It represents a combination of the best performance, best story, and direction.
Ambrish Verma has already proven his caliber as an actor. But he as a writer and director is more appealing to me.
After watching Dude, a web series written and directed by Ambrish Verma I was really looking forward to seeing more of his work. And finally, when I watched NCR Days I was amazed by his work. He is a great talent and I really hope to see him working on many more projects.
Talking about the cast of this web series. We get to see Nikhil Vijay as Monish Vyas, Ambrish Verma as Naveen, Rajvika Kohli as Nidhi, Heer Kaur as Seher, and Arun Kushwah as Chandan. Apart from these lead actors, we get to see multiple supporting actors and crew. All of them are impressive.
In life, there is a situation that actually changes our life.
Sometimes we think that whatever we think or whatever we are doing is right. It is good because everything starts falling in place for us. Everything happens like what we wanted.
But we all experience that one day in our life when we realised, In between this happy phase of us we forget to respect and value the people around us. People who care for us, people who love us, people who respect our choice.
I really loved the way Monu’s character is built up. When things are happening the way we want, we never sit back and think about the decisions that we take. We never give it a second thought.
Monesh Vyas AKA Monu was performed by Nikhil Vijay. Trust me Nikhil Vijay is a fantastic actor no doubt but the way he has pulled up Monu’s character is amazing.
Monesh Vyas is a very well-written character, His chemistry with Nidhi and the way it has been represented has won my heart. Monesh and Nidhi are in love with each other but the thought process that Monu has affected their relationship. And suddenly when he realized that Monesh decides to do MBA so he can earn more money and impress Nidhi’s parents. And the exciting journey of NCR Days begins.
I really do not want to say more about the plot and story because I would like you guys to watch and experience it.
When things are happening the way we want, we never sit back and think about the decisions that we take. We never give it a second thought.
Monesh Vyas which was performed by Nikhil Vijay thinks that his life is perfect he has a girlfriend played by Raghvika Kohli as Nidhi.
Nidhi will be with him forever. No matter how he will treat her he thinks that she is always there and will be there. So when it was a time when he actually needed to stop taking things for granted he won’t care and that’s where NCR Days make us realize how important it is to value the people around us. If we start taking people for granted who knows when we will become Monesh Vyas?
Will just earning more money and doing MBA will help Monesh to get Nidhi back? Or is it something more than what Monesh thinks?
Does Nidhi ever care about money? Is it more about money or respecting choices and being happy with them?
Monu thinks that he needs to earn more money and do an MBA. So he can get his love back.
Nidhi on the other side is a character I would like to admire. Raghvika Kohli has performed Nidhi very gracefully. She has all the patience, love, and care for Monu. No matter how he treat her, she never complained and tried to stand beside him. But she also has her own ambitions and would like to enjoy her life to the fullest.
Monu never understood Nidhi and never cared about her choices. But will NCR Days give him the life lesson that he needed?
I really loved the way the makers established these two characters and let Monesh explore his own faults and helped him to become a good person. Rather forcing good manners lecture on him.
Through Monesh and all other characters NCR days has a silent message that truly touches our feelings.
Makers were able to present the feelings and emotions of characters in the best possible way they can. Monu’s self-realization and learning are not just limited to him but will also help others to understand and learn to respect each other choices.
When I said it is not just another web series. I really mean it. Naveen Tokas a character played by Ambrish Verma has more shades and many sides to it. I really loved the way Ambrish decided to keep his writing and character connected to his parents.
His mysterious personality. Fights with his inner conflicts, and guilt for his father, and his friendship. increases our curiosity to know more about him.
Seher performed by Heer Kaur is the character I would really like to explore. If creators would ever love to make a sequel to this web series. I’m looking forward to seeing her and exploring more about Seher. Heer Kaur is the highlight of this web series.
Cinematography, Music, Screenplay, and performances by each character are top-notch. NCR days will make you believe that the best actors and a strong story are enough to create a masterpiece.
I’m actually confused about what I should be telling you about this web series. Because whatever I will say will not be enough.
Like Kota Factory, Aspirants, NCR Days has become the most rated youtube web series on IMDB. A big achievement for the creators and congratulations to the Timeliners.
It has a good storyline, a very different approach, and well establish lead pairs that make this web series promising and unique.
If you haven’t watched it please go and watch this web series you would love it and I am sure it will help us become good people and would help us to realize life is not all that we think, it’s about how much we care and need to love one around us.
For any content, it is really important to have a strong script. Good dialogues and well-established characters. NCR days have all of it. Also, you may find some faults or loopholes but then nothing is perfect so for me writing and direction are something that I loved about this web series.
Ambrish Verma as a writer is something I’m looking forward to seeing. I hope with time he will improve and we may get to see more awesome content and web series from him.
Trust me it’s not just me but anyone who will watch this web series will praise all the actors. Even I have seen many comments saying they are much better than many Bollywood actors. A big achievement for all the cast and crew.
Each actor impressed me a lot. Heer Kaur, Arun Kushwah, Nikhil Vijay, Ambrish Verma, and Raghvika Kohli are stand-out performers for me.
Well when no one is talking about it, what makes this web series a great watch is its simplicity. At no point it makes me feel that the creators tried to force their views on the audience. NCR days are open to interpretation. You can take it the way we want. If you would like to consider it just another web series you can. If you want to consider it a great entertainer you can, and if you finally decide to decode the characters then yeah you’re welcome to accept the good message.
I hope you enjoyed reading my views on NCR days. Comment your feedback and stay tuned.
